The stylish sofa can be styled so that it fits perfectly into your home, and the modules can be easily taken apart if you want to decorate your living room in a new way. MAKE your own – your personal modular sofa
BASECAMP modular sofa can be put together crosswise and across 17 different modules, so that it fits exactly to your home and to your needs. You can choose from countless fabric types and colors, which gives you the opportunity to put your personal touch on your new dream sofa.
Assembly
The BASECAMP modules are put together with strong crocodile brackets, which ensure that the modules cannot slide apart
Handmade comfort
The BASECAMP modules are handmade for you by our skilled furniture craftsmen in the EU.
Your sofa is upholstered with a thick layer of highly elastic cold foam, which ensures the best comfort and durability for many years.
The base of the modular sofa also has built-in springs that help increase sitting comfort. The modules are padded individually and covered on all sides, so that each module can be used both alone and together with other modules as needed. As the sofas are handmade, there may be slight differences on the sofas, depending on the type of fabric and which material you choose. Wool provides i.a. often a different seating comfort than polyester.
A modular sofa in certified materials
BASECAMP modular sofa is produced according to sustainable principles in collaboration with experienced Danish and European suppliers. The sofa is built on a strong frame of wood from FSC®-certified forests (FSC® N002763), which ensures a strong and durable construction, while at the same time supporting responsible forestry.
We also emphasize environmentally certified and health-labeled materials, as it is important to us to limit our footprint. We use non-toxic cold foam to protect both you and the environment from brominated flame retardants and other unwanted and potentially harmful chemicals.
Textiles
All textiles for the BASECAMP modular sofa are carefully selected with a focus on quality, design and durability. You can choose from countless fabric types and colors, and you can get free fabric samples.
If you need to see and feel the textile at home before you decide. The selected textiles for the sofas are all either certified with Oeko-tex or EU-Blomsten® or are made from recycled materials.
Both certifications have environmental impact and the product's life cycle in mind, to ensure responsible environmental, social and animal welfare production conditions.

The HEARTLAND sofa is handcrafted in the EU.
Yes, both the wood, cold foam and fabric are certified when you choose a HEARTLAND sofa. It’s a choice we’ve made so you can freely choose between all modules and fabrics with peace of mind.
The delivery time for the HEARTLAND sofa in the EU is 4–10 weeks. If you choose a special fabric/special colour (i.e. a fabric type or colour that is not available on the website), the delivery time will be slightly longer. The delivery time depends on which fabric you choose for your sofa.
The HEARTLAND sofa is not delivered fully assembled, but in 3 boxes. You can choose between 4 different delivery options:
- Collection from our warehouse in Esbjerg
- Delivery by freight carrier to the nearest kerbside
- Delivery including carrying into your home
- Delivery including carrying into your home and assembly
