You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard. All payment methods are secure, and you can choose the option that suits you best at checkout on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer instalment payments. You can pay securely with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard at checkout.

For orders containing made-to-order items, the full amount is charged when paying by card.

For in-stock items, the amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with your agreement with your card issuer. The reservation is released, and the amount is charged when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

Payment by bank transfer is available by prior agreement.

We do not currently offer instalment payments.

Some payment cards may have individual transaction or spending limits set by the card issuer or your bank. This means that your payment may be declined even if there are sufficient funds in your account.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 14 business days.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will also send you an invoice.
