BASETRAY is a multifunctional oak tray in a timeless design that you can use in many places in your home. The tray is multifunctional and reversible, and is available in several different sizes.

BASETRAY is a tray that can be used in many ways in your home in everyday life.
BASETRAY XL is designed so that it becomes a natural part of your BASECAMP sofa. When you place the tray with the curved part down against the sofa, it fits perfectly between the two keder seams on the armrests and backrests of the BASECAMP sofa. That way you always have your cup of coffee, a good book or a bowl of snacks within reach.
You can turn the tray over and use it as a serving tray or as a decorative element anywhere in your interior. For example, you can use the tray for a light serving at the dining table, for serving coffee on the terrace or as a decorative element in the kitchen for oils, or in the bathroom for your jewelery and perfume.
Maintenance
To take the best care of your BASETRAY so that you can use it for many years to come, we recommend oiling the tray as needed. Your need depends on your use of the tray. Here, it is recommended to use ordinary tabletop oil in the desired color. Please note that the oil is COMPLETELY dry before use, to avoid contamination on your sofa, dining table or other furniture during use.
BASETRAY is oil-treated, as it is the treatment that looks the most natural and often holds up best in the long run. BASETRAY is treated with oil in exactly the same way as e.g. The Holmen oak tables. This treatment is exactly the same as most other quality wooden tables on the market.
There may be marks on the oiled wooden surface at first. This can be reduced by avoiding moisture or condensation under a glass or a hot cup. If liquid gets on the tray, it should be wiped off immediately to avoid streaks.
You can choose to give the tray more oil if you want a completely saturated surface. Remember that you can always sand the surface and oil the BASETRAY. Then the fine tray is refreshed and can last for many years.
