Wool: Wool is a natural material with exceptional properties for furniture. The fibers are naturally elastic and durable, which ensures that the fabric remains attractive for many years. Wool is temperature-regulating, breathable, and naturally dirt-repellent thanks to its lanolin content. In addition, wool is naturally flame-retardant and comfortable to sit on year-round. The fabric may develop slight creases over time.
EU Ecolabel: This textile is certified with the EU Ecolabel, the EU’s official environmental label that sets requirements for the entire product lifecycle – from materials and production to durability and environmental impact. The label also includes strict requirements for chemical content.
Pets: We do not recommend this textile for homes with pets, as the weave may be damaged by claws, causing holes or loose threads.
Impregnation: The fabric can be impregnated as needed.
Care and stain removal: For longer durability, we recommend regular vacuuming using an upholstery nozzle. Stains should be removed as soon as possible with demineralized water and mild dish soap. Dark clothing may transfer color.
Lint and loose threads: Light surface lint may appear with use. This can often be removed with gentle vacuuming and the use of a fabric shaver on smooth textiles. We do not recommend using a fabric shaver on bouclé. Any loose threads should not be cut but, if possible, gently pushed back into place.
