Polyester: Polyester is a durable and practical material, particularly suitable for everyday furniture use. It is easy to maintain and does not scratch. Polyester is a popular and functional choice with a long lifespan. Since it does not contain stretchable natural fibers, polyester may develop slight creases and patina over time.
OEKO-TEX®: This textile is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, which means it has been tested for harmful substances in the finished product. It ensures that the textile is safe to use in the home and in close contact with the skin.
Pets: We do not recommend this textile for homes with pets, as the weaving can be damaged by claws, which may cause holes or loose threads.
Impregnation: The textile can be impregnated as needed.
Care and stain removal: For longer durability, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery nozzle. Stains should be removed as quickly as possible using demineralized water and mild dish detergent. Dark clothing may transfer color.
Lint and loose threads: Light surface lint may appear during use. This can often be removed with gentle vacuuming and using a fabric shaver on smooth textiles. We do not recommend using a fabric shaver on bouclé. Any loose threads should not be cut but, if possible, gently pushed back into place.
